Here are some of the ways Bishop Burbidge suggested we can make this week different from all weeks:
• Leave behind some of the noise and distractions that often consume us and allow more time for prayer and silence.
• Meditate upon the Lord’s great love for you, a pure gift – nothing you must earn.
• Re-read the Passion just proclaimed in Church or in a quiet place.
• Pray the Sorrowful mysteries of the holy Rosary.
• In addition to Mass on Easter, try to participate in the sacred liturgies on Holy Thursday and Good Friday.
