More than 100 people gathered to marvel at the mystery of the Shroud of Turin during a presentation at Christ the King, Abingdon. Dr. Cheryl White led a two-night Lenten mission focusing on the history of the shroud and brought replicas to accompany her talk.
Thought to be one of the most studied artifacts, the shroud is believed to be the burial cloth of Jesus.
