Following the news of the death of Pope Francis this morning, Bishop Knestout offered Mass at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, Richmond, to pray for the repose of the soul of the Holy Father.
During his homily, Bishop Knestout shared, “When someone you know and love has passed away, the news can come as a shock, even if you knew the danger of death was present…Thank you to all who came together today as a community of faith in prayer.”
