Because it is important for all the faithful to participate in prayers for this significant event in the life of the Church, parishioners in the Diocese of Cheyenne should check with their parishes for dates and times when such Masses will take place.

The faithful are encouraged to offer their private prayers, works, and almsgiving for the election of a new Supreme Pontiff.
