• Today, May 13, is the memorial of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament! This title was first given to Mary by St. Peter Julian Eymard in 1868. As the Mother of Jesus, Mary can rightly be connected to the Blessed Sacrament. She first held Jesus in her body when He was conceived in her womb, long before He instituted the Eucharist. From her, we can learn to behold and receive her Son in the Eucharist with adoration, joy, and silent contemplation, and we can bring others to Him through her intercession.

Today is a pastorate feast day; we send prayers and a shout-out to Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament Parish! Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament, pray for us!
