Arch BostonLast night at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, Archbishop Henning celebrated a Mass for Pope Leo XIV. With prayers offered in multiple languages and nearly 1,500 faithful in attendance, the celebration reflected the beautiful diversity of the Church. Archbishop Henning offered a heartfelt homily, speaking of the Holy Father’s “serenity and joy,” his “life of compassion and of self-sacrifice,” and reminding us that “it is our call… to receive from this new Holy Father his discernment of God’s will and to go out and live that faith.”
Let us continue to pray for Pope Leo XIV and for one another!
