Adoration is a peace-filled time of prayer, song, and meditation with Our Lord Jesus Christ, Redeemer of the World.
If you have never been to Eucharistic Adoration, an Act of Spiritual Communion is a beautiful prayer to recite in your heart as you gaze upon the Real Presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
ACT OF SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
