One man studying to be a priest for the diocese, Seminarian Colton Steiner, will be ordained to the transitional diaconate on May 27. Colton recently finished studying at the Configuration III level at Kenrick Glennon Seminary in St. Louis and will be ordained to the priesthood, God willing, in the summer of 2026 at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. With just one more year of seminary formation ahead of him, Colton is reflective on how far he’s come on this journey to the priesthood and how he’ll prepare to use God’s gifts.
