Ryan Budd and Peter Stetson will be ordained to the transitional diaconate by Bishop Edward M. Lohse at 9 a.m., June 28, at Holy Rosary Church, Steubenville. The seminarians will be ordained as deacons on the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, patroness of the Diocese of Steubenville.
