Today, we celebrate Pentecost Sunday. This holy day commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon Christ’s disciples and marks the end of the season of Easter. May the gifts of the Holy Spirit empower us to bring others to know and love Christ and to become part of the Church, just as the Spirit strengthened the first disciples.
