Young men, in high school to age 25 are invited to join the Office of Vocations for Quo Vadis June 20-22 at Camp Karol in Moss Bluff. It is a weekend of recreation, prayer, Mass and talks with Father Michael Caraway, Director of Vocations; seminarians and other priests to help discern God’s will for their lives. To register, visit https://lcvocations.com/eventsm
Father Caraway invites you to join him in covering the retreatants in prayer throughout the retreat. Linked below, you will find a sign-up to cover a time slot for prayer. You do not have to pray for the entirety of the hour. You simply just need to offer up some kind of prayer during the hour for the intention listed below. You are more than welcome to be present in front of the Blessed Sacrament for the prayer, however, it is not necessary that you be at a Church/Chapel. You can simply offer up a Rosary, Divine Mercy Chaplet or another prayer or devotion. The goal is to have at least 1 person praying each hour for these young people. In signing up, you will receive a reminder about your prayer commitment one week before the retreats.
INTENTION: For the young men from the Diocese of Lake Charles attending the Quo Vadis Retreat, that they will be open to receive what Christ wants to give them and that they will be courageous in responding to His gift.
