Congratulations to the 23 adult students who graduated from our Institute of Lay Leadership Formation program!
The Institute of Lay Leadership Formation (ILLF) is a 3-year faith formation program for active volunteers and/or staff who serve in Catholic parishes in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and neighboring dioceses. Students are Catholics who come together to learn the foundations of their faith and open their hearts to the transformative power of the Holy Spirit to serve in their parishes with more knowledge.
This program responds to and supports the priorities of the 2014 Archdiocesan Synod and to the Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry, 2019-2024, in creating a quality faith formation program for our lay leaders. The ILLF also meets the needs expressed by Hispanic Catholics in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and ignites, renews, and energizes the lay ministry formation.
