• WHEELING – The Department of Catholic Schools is hiring an office manger, full-time in Wheeling.
      The Office Manager for the Department of Catholic Schools serves as a vital administrative professional, providing comprehensive support to the Superintendent of Catholic Schools and the Department of Catholic Schools in its mission to oversee and support the 24 Catholic schools within the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston

      This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a commitment to the mission of Catholic education. The office manager will manage daily operations.

      Job Qualifications:

      High school diploma, GED or equivalent

      2-3 years experience in an office manager setting

      Preferred school and/or office experience

      Proficient with office software; Microsoft Suite, Google Suite

      Ability to follow direction and work well with others

      Ability to work independently and be self-starting as the supervisors/directors travel regularly.
