On Saturday, June 14, 2025, Pope Leo XIV gave a video message to young people in Chicago and throughout the world during a public celebration at Rate Field.
In his address, Pope Leo spoke about hope, and how, when we, the Body of Christ, come together in unity, we spark the light of hope and Christ’s light within ourselves and each other.
The Holy Father said: “That light, that perhaps on the horizon is not very easy to see, and yet, as we grow in our unity, as we come together in communion, we can discover that that light will grow brighter and brighter. That light which is indeed our faith in Jesus Christ. And we can become that message of hope, to promote peace and unity throughout our world.” To listen to Pope Leo’s full address click here:
