• READ: THIS SATURDAY | CORPUS CHRISTI MASS & PROCESSION w/ BISHOP BOYEA | “WHY I’LL BE THERE” by DEACON TODD DAHLBERG, SAINT JOSEPH SHRINE, BROOKLYN: Just three days to go! Bishop Boyea invites you to join him this Saturday, June 21, in Lansing for the Be My Witnesses Corpus Christi Mass & Procession.

Holy Mass is at 10am in the Lugnuts Baseball Stadium followed by a Eucharistic procession through the streets of the state capital concluding at the State Capitol.

But why be there? All this week, as we prepare for the big day, we are sharing the voices of some who have already decided to attend. Today, Deacon Todd Dahlberg of Saint Joseph Shrine in Brooklyn, pictured. Why will he be there? Deacon Todd says:

“Following Jesus. That’s what we’re called to do. And what a privilege it is to follow Jesus in Eucharistic procession! It is also a wonderful way to publicly profess our faith in Jesus Christ – despite what the world may think or say about us. Jesus Christ is Lord!”
