Today we begin Religious Freedom Week, which is observed annually June 22-29.
Religious freedom allows members of the Catholic Church and all religious communities to live out their faith to serve the good of all. Each day we will focus on a different intention and pray that all religious communities can live out their faith without fear of persecution.
Today we pray that Catholics have the courage to value the truth of the Gospel over political ideations. Despite political differences, may we unite as brothers and sisters in Christ as one body. #ReligiousFreedomWeek
