At the Diocesan Work Camp, the teen and adult volunteers got to live out their Catholic faith in action as they served the residents at 16 homes in southwest Virginia.
Even Bishop Knestout joined in as he visited work sites, celebrated Mass for the teens, led evening Eucharistic adoration, and heard confessions during the camp’s evening programming.
Teens remarked on the confidence they’ve gained, not only from their new hands-on skills, but in their faith as well.
