On July 22, the Church celebrates St. Mary Magdalene, “Apostle of the Apostles” (a title given to her by St. Thomas Aquinas). St. Mary Magdalene remained present during Christ’s crucifixion and was the first witness of the Resurrection. St. Mary Magdalene, pray for us.
